MY PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVE WAS NOT PAID / COMPENSATED. THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD WORK HOUR POLICY. I WAS MADE TO WORK 10 HOURS A DAY, PLUS AT TIMES FOR SOME HOURS ON WEEKENDS TOO. AND THAT WAS FOR 6 DAYS A WEEK. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JOININ THE COMPANY. ALSO THE MANAGEMENT IS SINGLE TRACKED AND INCONSIDERATE. MY FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT WAS ALSO FORCED ON ME AND WASNT GIVEN ANY JUSTIFICATIONS OR CALCULATIONS FOR.

Dislikes

WORKING HOURS : 10 HOUR A DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK. THEIR DEDUCTION POLICIES WITH RELATION TO SALARIES AND LACK OF SECURITIES OF ANY KIND WITHRELATION TO JOB.
