Seniors are not co-operative and always trying show their supremacy. That brings your moral down.

Promoting girls in studies, asking them to focus on their career, asking them to learn new things, asking them to increase their skills and reducing gender equality in many types of training.

Why does this program run for a short period of time and does not start again from the same place in a new batch class?

Overall every thing like security about employees, their work towards peoples around them like a helping nature, their beliefs etc

There is a little bit of politics which are common in any of the organization.

Company policies is nice but work management need to improvement.

There is need for improvement in planning and management department. Field team has to faced many problem due to unnecessary work planning.

Room to Read has been very supportive. Their radio initiative is a great platform for all employees to come forward and ask all necessary details on lockdown crises and organisation's decisions. Also continued feedback and communication is helpful to stay connected with the team.

Dislikes

No one could have a dislike while working at Room to Read. The management addresses all issues.
