This is not a proper organisation. No ontime salary, No ontime allowance, No proper client service, They release salary in 2 months once. No employee insurance, etc.

...re almost 5+years. I never see this kind of organisation. Very worst experience. I have completed 5+years they supposed to pay gratuity amount. They not confirming when they are paying the gratuity amount. Once resigned they won't obey ex-empolyee. That company rules is totally different and never heard anywhere this type of policy. No public holidays. If take any seek leaves they mark as a unplanned leave and we should apply for that leave and also composite for that leave. It's totally disappointing to every employees. Within short periods somany employees are resigned jobs due to company useless policies. Overall feedback worst company and you won't get proper experience and benefits.

Dislikes

Fake promises in terms of compensation. They hold lots of money in terms of deferment of salary and no incentives as collections were happening throughout. They have not released the payment yet. If an employee ask for their money the company ask them to leave without giving any notice.

Not professional and uncultured people are heading and they do have vision. All of them are working their just to get salary and there is no differential products to get into market. They are surviving in Chennai because of The Hindu name. Other than Chennai no other cities are generating revenue. In fact they have shutdown Hyderabad branch without paying salaries to employees and informed them just 10days prior shutting down the branch.

Dislikes

Very immature top-management team that doesn't have a clue of where they want to take the company. They are just hoping to make a quick buck if they get bought out by a bigger incumbent by improving a little bit ! Immaturity surfaces in day to day politics as well, which at times is laughable! Strongly recommend, to any serious professional, to not to join them.
