No one should go to this Company as HR AND HER CORDINATOR WANT ONE WHITE COLLAR Labour who CAN SLEEP IN VILLAGE TYPE OF AREA IN FLAT WITH SINGLE ROOM WITHOUT AC, ATTACHED TOILET ,CAN SHARE EVEN BED IN CASE OF VISIT OF SOMEONE,DOWN TO EARTH PERSON AT SALARY OF 85K OUT OF WHICH COMPANY DEDUCT 10% will be given after 3 yrs of his Services. REST DECISION IS YOURS , Company is so Poor cannot AFFORD INSURANCE OF CANDIDATE, COMPANY HAS POOR FINANCE FOR CANDIDATES.

Hr and Her cordinator Don't know How to talk to candidates.Rest you Decide, Company also not interested for safety of candidates , in African countries in Rare cases anything can Happen anytime to you , Company will not give insurance.

There was nothing to like about the organization.

The organization looks big but all is a lie, all 4 directors are the same in behaviours' and people are treated like just shit. You can be hired and fired the next day without giving a reason. Your skills are not utilised. your profile gets changed. tasks which don't match your profile are allocated to you. Your assignments gets changed without prior notification. work place changes like a sit of a train or bus.

The main boss mr.Abbas is very good person and understand your situation. But unfortunately we can not contact him directly Bcoz he live in Dubai.

HR department is working very slowly.anything you need support from them, they no able to take any big decision. Now the main problem is where I’m doing my job in Freetown, their manager is not supportive.But if you are Sindhi so you are lucky Bcoz manager also Sindhi. U can understand what exactly I’m trying to say….

Good to give opportunity to freshers and good to learn freshers...at this level..

3years or less Contract,no job security,no infrastructure.which means.. don't have any plan to improve the infrastructure development ,no proper work time work atmosphere...
