1. People say its german company but I don't think so. When it comes to Indian management, it becomes saturday and sunday working too when needed. So its purely Romaco India. 2. Service and administration head role is just like postman role. Just pass forward the customer complaints to service engineers and dont involve by own to give solution on issue. Service head will keep on waiting till any employee get time from his onworking job. But never take participate his own when no employee is free and busy on site. So its like receive the complaint form customer, pass forward that mail to service engineer and get problem resolved. That's it. Being a supportive coordinators we expect that our captain should play the role of troubleshooting as he is heading the dept., but its not. Just sit on chair and relax. Let service engineers work on the problem.
