ROM OIL LTD ,like it's parent company FMN plc, is a wonderful place to work and build a career. There is opportunities for career growth,the work environment is friendly and motivating. The company deploys the state of the art technology in it's manufacturing process of converting raw palmoil, palm kernel, soya beans into refined edible oil, olein,bread spread and other products. As the pioneering utilities manager, I really enjoyed my stay as the work was Challenging through out. For an organized manager/employee, there is work Life balance to socialize. Team work is encouraged and its the bedrock of successful career with ROM OIL LTD.

Dislikes

I dislike the manner in which employee are being disengaged without following due process and procedures. HR needs to do better in this regard. Standard disciplinary procedure should be followed in disengaging staff without room for victimisation of staff. HR there is weak in asserting thier role in this regard.
