I made huge mistake joining this company. During covid i was in desperate need of job so I joined here. But honestly this is not the kind of place any human would like to work. They will suck the blood out of you. A sword is always hanging on your head when boss from Australia keeps ordering n making you work like a dog. You will feel suffocated. They wont even pay you the salary that they promised. They have so many excuses to deduct in the name of your tax. Client wasn’t satisfied than your salary is being deducted. N literally they COUNTS EVERY HOUR AND MINUTES OF WORK YOU DID ON PC. if you worked any minutes less they deduct for that too. My payment is still due from rolling canvas and now they totally ignored my calls and messages. So thats fine now. Coz my taught me to always help poor peoples when you can. So have fun with my remaining due amount 🙂

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
