Work exposure is good. You will face new things and challanges there..

Dislikes

Other than work exposure everything is terrible.. Management don't value and respect those employees who devote there 100% in the company... Poor and delayed increment rate... Working hours is very long (10 Hours).. No tea and snacks... No transportation... No SL, CL and other leaves as per govt. Regulations... (Only one holiday per month and 4 short leave) Poor working culture... Your personal life will become hell.. No time for family..

Working is flexible all team is good. No over stress.

Dislikes

Due to not availability of rule and regulation if need to work with them management not give any approval. Proper legal not followed by the Management for worker.

I am totally disappointed working with this organisation.there is no working system available.during covid19 pendamic they throughout me from their company without any reason and warnings.if you have very worst situation regarding job then join this group others keep away and save you life.
