Earlier Rohit surgical was good company like govt job, job security was 100% and that time Rohit surgical had so many companies authorisation and they are doing buisness mainly defense, aaims,esi and mostly govt institute, but after 2016, the distribution of imported items has gone one by one, upto 2020, companies buisness came down, and when pandemic situation started, the buisness fall, during covid period company was paying half salary. In Apr 2021 they stopped payment without notice period and I worked this company upto August 21, without salary, officially I have in this company, but I am not in this company from April 21m mentally.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
