...arrishing to come early at 8am. But this is not the situation in other colleges. But one thing is good that salary comes by the time but 15 to 16 days late. Hospital Timing is an harrishing issue.

I like this Steamed Institution very much in this institute Job security is west and work culture was very smooth. Management behavior was very soft toward employees. In this institute I worked as a computer operator. I belong rural area away from medical College and Hospital So I frequently to be late in office time. When I explain your reason to be late Institute support in my favour. in this way institute is all the best.

Neat and clean green campus, cooperative and transparent management and other staff, flexiblity in timings, excellent discipline, excellent teaching faculty , salary hike every year .

Dislikes

Research facilities are still in progress., cafeteria is very small with limited items only.

Top management is no interfering and give prestige to the dignity of doctors and if you leave giving due notice ( or rarely if asked to leave) they will not hold up your worked salary.

middle levels probably lack the ingenuity.
