Working in organization is just like working in home, Good environment, positive attitude and response from Owners and Managers, members worked like a teammates and achieve the targets on time, salary on time, good atmosphere at workplace weather site or office, juniors are much supportive to their reporting head, company is open to innovate and available to adopt latest technology and with this effort it is now a best company in my opinion. Support their staff to learn and work from their own experiences.

From my point of view, there is no point of discussion about dislike of this company as it is a very good and best company for working as there is salary on time, provision of overtime beyond working hours, time to time efforts for employee's growth either by courses or by training.

i am currently working in the company, i feel so amazing and satisfied working in the company, the best part is upper management hears your thoughts, respect them and allows you to work on it, it is like working for your own organization, the best part is you gets books to read which are shared by the management only for overall growth.

Been working at Rohanta for 7months now and each day comes with a new learning. The cordial work culture, exposure and practical guidance by our managing director really helps to extract the best out of ourselves. The management here has always been so ensuring and supportive even during tough times like COVID. Job security offered here, really sets this firm apart from any other startup.
