Office politics, gossips, An admin who is always chewing on mava in the office and has no manners on how to talk to others. Company owner(MD) is also very cheap minded and other Head level people are also very bad. All Roha Realty is bad company, If anyone wants job security, don't join this company, there is no job security. Bad words are used while talking in the office by all employees

Great company to work with, young and dynamic director and easy going person. The company is in growing phase and and has many upcoming plans in next one year

HR policies need to be at par as per industry standard
