Dislikes

Bad working environment.Seniors are pathetic to work with. Hr like jujal & patel are always to cut your salary for no reason. Even food is expensive & no of good quality. Even pigment plant was burned bcoz of irresponsible behaviour. Unsatisfied workers bcoz not sufficient bonus given for extra work done.

You learn a lot from bad experience.

Dislikes

... & Su garudiya.Plant got burned bcoz of carelessness. Work environment is toxic. They didn't gave me salary of 2 months ,As i already said them my family membr meet with accident & undergonen surgery. I have taken permission to go for 4 days , still they cutoff 2mnths salary. Also delayed salary of many people on name of burning plant.

Dislikes

...cy is not good for employees. They charge 60 Rs. for canteen for average food. No other facilities like bonus. Some times they not provide PPE kit for employees.

Work culture very bad very poor salary Increments for Sales team No other benefits like PF, Bonus, incentives. Very low budgets for HR and other activities. Travelling policy does not include Air tickets. No professional growth Family-owned business Poor hierarchy structure

Colleagues are friendly & supportive. Events & cultural activities by HR department are quite good. Saturday Sunday off.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Management, poor work culture, average salary package. No food, no bonus. They only provide monthly salary nothing else. Office politics, it leads to bad work environment.
