The company has survival instincts. Though it has not grown beyond 100 employees over 20 years in its existence as they lack growth strategy, vision, still it has been able to survive by hiring and firing employees at drop of the hat

... fed incorrect info by people sitting in another small room - work life balance - small time and miser clients that don’t want to pay but get too much of work - name sake HR, policies only on paper

Lot of things to learn, you can get chance to interact with the clients

Dislikes

They will try to keep the compensation as low as possible. And lot depends on the client you get. If that is bad they will not do anything.

Not much apart from the fact that some Associate Managers are good and can help your future

There is no growth opportunity and the quality of work at the firm isnt anyway near the industry standards. A very poor culture created by the management.

Hardly any. Maybe the company gets better in terms of the type of work that is flowing through. Only good thing was the hybrid work mode.

Dislikes

Extremely bad culture. The top management is very clever and unprofessional. No proper hierarchy is followed. Think twice before making any decision. No intellectual work. Its just copy paste and data entry work on the name of Investment research. The company doesn’t have any workflow. No learning involved. ZERO!

There is literally nothing you can like about the company which fires employees whenever it wants at their comfort.

Dislikes

No job security is there. whenever they have lesser clients, they simply fire employees. The work is also worst.
