Being a product base company they have variable pay component which is paid yearly i.e in the month of December as of now. No permeant work from home opportunity.

...ation is not required. You can't balance between Work life and Personal life. If your time is good, you will get a good package but don't expect the yearly increment. in some teams, offboarding/exit process is really the worst procedure. Apart from the above feedback, Rockwell has a good ethical culture and sometimes job security(but not always)

The environment and team support we have. The perks we get like cab, night and food allowances.

...ption to hierarchy due to which hard to promote engineer and slow salary growth. And less salary benefits like no variable. They compensate with 1 year increment cut and next year variable cut.

No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.

There is only one thing good, salary was on time.

There is no increment from last 2 years, No Professional and personal Growth. Corporate politics is too much and Those who follow manager order are safe and rest who are working there work silently are unsafe.
