Great people, next to none politics, free food, and almost no restrictions and micromanagemnt. As long as you get work done (very reasonable expectations) no one cares when you show up or how long you work. My teammates became my real friends in life.

Narcissistic leads Hypocrisy and chaos all around work place Biased environment and growth for favorites Flexibility and benefits only to favorites (Leaves, roster schedule, appraisal, promotions ) Very poor attrition rate No emotional connect within the team False urgency and demanding all the time Dark pyschology tactics ( two leads play as good Cop, bad cop ) to manipulate the team members by divide and rule method.
