Rockman Industries Ltd is very good company.but no special accommodation are provided by company,also the salary increments are very poor.working environment is good.career growth is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new nominees.

Salary on-time aati hai or kuch bhi nhi hai

Dislikes

Agar 1 mints bhi late hai tu half day lag jata hai . Promotion only given by face value. Food is not good , kutho ko bhi na dai Aisa hai. No skill man power , as engineer all work you have to handle from helper to manager. Agar job na hai tu hi aana chahiye is company me nhi tu mat aao. Koi time bhi fixed nhi hai kab bhi call kar company aajo, Jane ka time nhi hai.

I worked with Rockman family for 8 years but I never got promoted and in 8 years my salary didn't increase properly which I deserved I worked hard in Rockman company but I didn't get what I deserved I have never considered Rockman as an organization, I have always considered Rockman as my family.

1. Office Politics 2. PMS is biased (if you get C (01) rating, they will through you out) 3. Job Security 4. Canteen facility is also poor 5. There is no Bus/ Cab facilities for Employees.
