Amazing very complex composite products are manufactured here and I doubt you will see anywhere else in india. Totally different mindset will be developed for motorsports requirement and if you want to learn manufacturing aspects of composites this is the best place

Because of the nature of business , it's difficult to set any type of SOP , Goals vision and you need to be multi-talented to deal all sorts of activities, sometimes it works but for long-term it's hampers.
