Very bad company, only due to management team.

12 hour job timing, not giving overtime, Hr Dinesh Chaudhary and manager Gaurav Nagpal are very rude and always doing politics with staff. After resigned the job not giving entry in office for any reply. Guards are very rude.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology,I love the fact that i am a part of the team that markets reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.As a result, i get to travel abroad,especially to the US & Canada.But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location.mine is a US based client and they have some offices in toronto,hence i got a B1 visa quickly.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re hire policy here.

Never join this company if your past companies are Bigger.This will ruin your career if added in resume.No hierarchy in the company every one is a Senior and you cant even say any thing about the old employees,Basically this a bunch of ppl who dont even knw what customer service is and running a retail format stores.I suggest not to Ruin your caree

No job security even at sr manager position.u have to beg to get work done to okd employees working under you.No ideas from top management, no inputs nothing.Concept is really good but there is no Visionary who can lead this company,some seniors are reLly good but they too cant go ahead due to the internal politics.Strict no this compNy dnt join ROCKING DEALS.
