People are friendly and smart . Senior engineers are great at guidance. Learning and work satisfaction is one of the best at Rocketlane. Had a great time during my stint there and left with a lot of new skills.

Dislikes

Nothing much , maybe salary can be more competitive but still overall good pay.

Likes

A good company with a lot of talented employees. You will learn about the art of building a startup. Things have changed since inception however you will still enjoy the experience. While companies burn a lot of cash in the process of building a startup, this one doesn't do so. Hence you will learn how to be lean and build a startup.

Dislikes

Being lean also means not paying hefty employees sometimes this would also go well below market standards. Sometimes you will feel like the work-life balance is not there.

Y you oh I’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the founders and your contributions will be recognised immediately due to the flat and lean team structure . The environment is very friendly and everyone is approachable
