Good work environment. Teammates are supportive but the management is discriminate. They like only the people who make CHAMCHAGIRI. Company facing financial crises due to covid-19 pandemic, so company forcefully take resignation from staff.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary hike is very low and career growth is also slow. Value of staff members is less than workers.

It's been a very long time work with roca but the condition of employees very bad senior always make unnecessary pressure to junior and abused junior..very bad culture of working style of senior employees to there juniors ....

Dislikes

Also they are not supporting in this vivid situation they cut of half of salary and demanding to leave the company otherwise they will fired you ...alsway tourchere junior employees..

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
