There is only politics. Management never address any issues on time. You literally have to beg for your own hard earned salary that too you will get after 2 months or more. Since the work atmosphere isn't good enough every employee leaves within 2-4months.They don't want degree holders ,hard working employees. They want someone who can butter them

1. Salary is not on time. 2. Didn't release the salary of employees who left after the proper resignation. 3. Most favorite part is they want the persons who can butter the seniors. 4. No management in anything. 5. Ones who are in power are doing everything by their own. 6. Don't want to recommend this company to any professional. 7. PF contribution is not deposited into the workers account even after deduction. 8. No one knows when someone from HR came to them and say management has decided that you don't need to come from tomorrow. 9. No appraisals. 10. More often you will listen about some new rules and new policies that are made instantly.

Nothing , They didn't Like to pay to their employees. First Company which is truly running on employee and vendor's Paisa.... Not paying salaries , not even to Vendors for the material and services.

Everything, Running company without paying anyone. No Management, Nothing special learnings only learnt by own way.

Hundreds of Employees waiting for Their PF.They Never deposit of contribution.Totally Fake Company. Never Recommend to any professional person

There is alot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is 1-2 months late. Very slow career growth. Even the proviend fund is not submitted in bank they only deduct PF money but dont even give you UAN num as they only deduct money but do not submit in providient fund. They are cheaters.
