...ad bhi aap 2 hr ruk kar jaate ho daily to aapse jyada achha or sincere koi nahi. Salary- Dekho hum abhi aapko bus itna de sakte hai.. ise tum salary mat samjhna ye bus stipend hai.. baaki tumhara kaam dekh kr 2-3 mahine me badha denge & jaruri baat vo 2-3 mahine kabhi nahi aate..Free me kaam kar sakte ho to well & good. Increment- Dekho abhi hum tumhare 2000 rs badha rahe hai... lekin dekho aane vaale time me tumne isse achha kiya to tumhe hum apne sath partnership me rakhenge. Or agar aap nahi maane to dekho yaar hum tumhe isse jyada nahi de sakte or itna koi dega nahi.. Baaki yaar thoda ruk kar jaya karo.. tum time hote hi nikal jaate ho.. S. ji ka famous dialogue- Hmm hmmm ye part mangvaya tha dhundho yahi kahi hoga.

Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. company policies are not good they are not give a bonus every year

...of politics and the management is not good. salary is poor and growth is slow . company is not given a bonus, fund and essential service

Company work environment , salary appraisal is very good . Our company works mostly for MNC companies . due to which we learn new technologies & ideas for doing the work . My ccolleagues are very nice person , so complete our work with high energy level .

career growth is very average , no other benefits from the company .
