The company is open to Research and Innovation with Research being searching for equipments in garbage and Innovation means new ways to fool students. Travelling being the best part to nice as well as worst palces like village areas also , with very less or zero facilities or advance travelling expense.

The work pressure is very high as you are treated as a Labour which is considered to lift heavy boxes,dusting and even packing . You are supposed to have no personal life and can be asked to stay back for hours without any incentives. Small growth with zero happiness and office culture.
