Relax job, very less work as company does not have money to purchase material. Flexible timing. Less educated people holds manager position. Good company for doing time pass. Not for serious employees

Dislikes

No salary on time, salary delayed by 2-3 months, no increment on time, increment happens after 2-3 years. Very Very poor management. No Diwali bonus on time. After u leave job ur settlement also happens after 1.5-2 years later.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
