...r fan while enjoying themselves in the cabin.
You will be asked to do overtime. No bonus.. No Job security.
The only good thing about working at this company is that you get to work on some on-demand Tech stacks alongside senior developers and you get snacks twice daily.
...d any time even if your performance is good and you have worked on the weekends. They hire you promising attractive packages, make you work on a mere 10K monthly stipend for 6 months and then kick you out from the organisation when the time comes to offer full time employment. This company literally plays with your career. Absolutely no place for a beginner to start their professional journey. Lots of office politics here, especially by the manager.
CEO claims that the company is fast growing SaaS tech company being in the business for more than a decade yet their total employee strength <100 . Can't even provide jobs to 100 people with more than 10 years in business and claim to be a high grwoth Saas Tech company!
The manager often dismiss feedback from developers, insisting on their own solutions, which limits teamwork and creativity. Delayed approvals from the manager leads to project delays, yet developers are unfairly blamed for these setbacks. Management avoids accountabiltiy, pushing developres to justify project issues cause by the lack of timely guidance. The CEO trust management without hearing from employees directly, causing a disconnect and leaving issue unresolved. Though the officail hours are 9;30 am to 6;30 pm, there is an unspoken expectation to work much longer, strainig work-life balance. Unrealistic deadlines add contant pressure, leading to stress and burnout, affecting both employees well-being and project quality. Also the layoffs are unusal, they immediatly terminate you by providing two options either you resign yourself so that we can give you the experience letter or serve the 1 month notice in which they will not give the experience letter.
The CEO thinks that he has the best management team to guide the company but he need to rethink about this for the company growth. No doubt company can grow more and more but if this situation is not rectified then whomsoever will be there will suffer in future(developers mostly).
Codiing practice is to poor. All code have if else if else structure. Because managemnet is not making the approval to the new coding practice.
These combined challengs create a difficult work environment that hinders growth, teamwork and long-term success
Good technology stack and opportunity to learn. The culture is very performance driven. Lot of work is expected of you and if you perform well you are awarded well. Office has nice coffee and anytime chips available. They also server good evening snacks.
I like nothing in this company. Worst place to work. If you want to ruined your career please join RoboMQ.
Dislikes
CEO - Treat employees like dog.
Manager - They assume them as God. They can take any bad decision for the employee. One of the manager asking for address to any new girl joiner. One line for manager is they don't have knowledge of management.
Leads - Some leads are good for example Viral Natani and Roshan Kumavat but some are worst like Kirti Khandelwal she don't know how to lead a team. She takes you in trouble without any reason. She prefers to give only negative reviews even you do good.
This company has to be shut by government ASAP because they have no policy.
