I had terrible experienced, less salary offered fraud, doesn’t appreciate your work, only 6 paid leave in a year no sick leaves emergency leaves, probation period 1 year with no leaves and has to sign bond, roles and responsibilities are different from actual JD, less % for salary increment, all saturdays working, no overtime pay is there over here

This company is crab , full of fraudster . The way they are facing up on social media is not they are ......... they totally sucks .

Dislikes

The employees are treated like bloody wager . They first bully them so they gave resignation. The environment created by there HR , Asistant Manager , Vice President (joker its like lagur 🐒 ,mil gaya angur🍇 ) and the TL s (team leader). It was so disgusting that every two year they hire new ones . There is no bright future for employees working permanently. Even HR don't how to deal with damn salary slip. Even the boss attitude towards there employees and clients is like ,,, only money matters ( mujhe rokda chahiye ) from client whether you generate revenue strategically or by fraudulent way.

Likes

The freedom of research to the freshers is a good thing of this company. And a cool working environment is there, also if you join research and development team you will get good chance of visiting college/schools all over india, that's a pretty good thing if they pay you for that.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is uncertainty in work, you will learns some other fields things too in this company because you will have to do that if that particular field's resource person is busy somewhere else.

I like robokart company and I like they provide work life , career growth , training knowledge , work environment is best and travelling different different clg in India n taking lecture ...
