They work as a Fraud. They promise to pay you 50% of the first month salary saying that they will keep it as deposit and will refund back after 6 months. My base salary was 37k and even after 50% deduction of security money was expecting salary for first month 18.5k. Instead was paid just 4.7K. When asked they said HR has left the company. They will not pay you salary as this is what they have been doing with all staff. Join at your own risk.

There are no policies adhered to. At rhe time of exit they don't pay your due FNF neither give experience letter. Stay away from these thugs.

There is nothing to like about this company , Its just that you get flexible slot but when you gets more student its no more flexible for a teacher but becomes more for a student.

This company is very good at deducting salary , penalizing more than one can earn in day way faster than they add per hour class paid money and lack of management as there is no one to listen to teacher's problem but they are very good at targeting teachers. 1).No laptop , no mobile phone is provided even we have to use our own personal mail. 2).No lights are provided but they want teacher to have light on the face. 3).Penalty is very frequent even when its not teacher's fault. 4) Their Brightchamps app doesn't work well. 5) If student want to cancel or reschedule the class after 2 hrs of the class, they need to lose their class to do that and its not fair for student. 6) They put incentive policy and criteria which is impossible to complete as they will never let you to do that. 7) No Diwali bonus no holiday , it doesnt even feel like that we are working in a company. 8) There is no calculation of them to deduct money . 9) They want teacher to work like ideal person but their paid is not that motivating . Worst company ever .

Nothing this is a company of a psycho people who are playing with others career and I think people should raise their voice and take some action they made profession a joke.

All their is no management they will use you and through you out at the time of payment. Fake job pls don't ever join this
