One of the worst company's I've ever encountered. Neurotic and incompetent CEO and CHRO who manages as the dictators through instilling fear into all employees about job stability.

Dislikes

Very sycophantic and 'salam' culture towards the senior manager. Everyone forced to suck up to CXO's and tell them all their ideas are excellent, else they get fired.
