The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology. I love the fact that I m a part of a team that markets reliable, hight-quality product and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to the us and Canada. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client and they have some offices in Toronto to hence I got a BI VISA colleagues come for various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration . I also like the employeere - here policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Somthing, I have to work 14-18 hours strainght in a day as I have to attent client call in the evening and somtime late into the night. Manager do not value and individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do recieve appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year oppraisals . Also there is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step- by step, which is apair sometimes.

Management is worst here, only buttering works here, there is no value at all of your hard work and honesty, Management decisions are based on state and caste, that's why the company has been not grown up since it's establishment ( year 1978).There is no future with this company any way. They treat the employees as they are king. They can make your full & final settlement any time. There are no system and no rule here. Job is not sure here. Very selfish company. Only run on very shameful and dirty politics.
