Company top management, Not directly involved in day to day operations, No proper information reaching to top boss, teams are working with own view. No professional personnel available. If you are planning. You will be transfer to small branch. By the way I am working from 2years in company. In this time 3branches transfer. Basically I am appointed by top boss of the company.

...on. He made some good changes, But my immediate boss through me to small branch. Salary told some think giving less. Just promise by immediate boss past two years. I am running 61 years. So just working, what best, I can do.my parts business growth is very good past one year, but no once to see what is good or bad. I having 38 years experience in Automobiles and contractions equivalent parts sales industry. With Engineering degree.

Company is not good but growth is slow.the work pressure is highly.some times i work 15-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and late night also.manager do not value an individual unique strengths ,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.i do receive appreciation emails from my clients,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals also,there is no on job training for fresher's,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is a pain sometimes....
