...ty they can throw u any time. It's lalaji company they treat u as bonded labour. Like if u don't like the work any month they will hold ur salary or not even credit it. And may also tell u to go . Waste of time as price very high no negotiation waiting for shortage in market and releasing material that time at high prices. Other times its hard to sell as 40 to 60 percent high rates. Should keep free lancers instead of full time sales person. No starategy to run the company.।। Unprofessional staff don't know proper English in communication to clients lot of mistakes. Sales head and top bosses are illiterate in matter of english just know politics to throw out a person and make fun.।

Dislikes

No job security. No working ethics few old people more than 7 to 10 years misguiding the MD as he has no time to look after company. Busy with his other companies and political back ground. Old people do lot of politics and specially sales marketing department big bosses. Don't waste ur time as nothing to learn 40 to 60 percent high rate rental product in pune and mumbai which no body is ready to take and when asked for negotiation bosses say straight away. No.।। Then will throw u out due to nin performance. They will negotiate only when it's their direct order. Admant people it's ok if u want a stand by for 2 to 3 months nothing more than that.
