...half year. Till no TA/DA, Incentives , Bonus, PF, Insurance, No other benefits . Just they given salary only . Salary date not fixed ..every month after 16th to 25th all are get salary. No support. Nothing they doing for sales. Only they said Sale!!Sale!!. Worst management .. Unqualified peoples are working in office. CEO is ultimate waste property for RNK.

They tell 30km radius field work . But it's toooo 65km per day .They are wasting my money.insted they tell me 3000rs per month petrol bill but it's not sufficient funds to complete the task .

No Job security what so ever... Unwanted pressure without any support No Name in market. No Marketing from company side. 3 Months for Non Technical person, if you don't perfom you are out. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
