No proper way to give feedback for the projects or work delivered. 8. HRs are also not professional. Lack skills, corporate etiquette and friendly attitude towards other. 9. Doesn't respect commitments given in the offer letter or at the time of joining. Example: Don't take their word if they say the job is permanent WFH. Because they have tricked all the people in my team with that and later forced the people to come to office and made them resign on different incomprehensible grounds.

I worked one yr in RnF and company culture is very good, very friendly and launch timing was flexible. so overall this is a good company, I will prefer to work again in this company if got a chance in senior position.

The company is growing. Don't expect it to be highly organised and follow a pattern of 9-6 job. Even though HR policies are amazing, you'd be required to stay back late 2-3 times a month, when you'd have to deliver work under tight deadlines. Appraisals take place annually; it can be done bi-annually.
