Don't join on assignment or contract basis...be a employee so that you can have employee rights...otherwise will exploit you as employee in name of assignments.... in name of 2 assignments will give 24 PPTs and 5 balance sheets and will brag about your poor performance. They will brag about no long hours and relaxed work but will not allow to leave before 9 or 10 at night. Will diplomatically create pressure.
