This much I can say that whoever ex employees had worked here, all earned high salary because our boss is a good pay master. Our salary date is after 10th every month and its constant and there is no shortage of fund. Ours is a cash rich company. Secondly so far as work culture is concerned, I would like to invite all the employees who wants to learn from there job or would like to associate with us, should pay a visit for an interview to judge, all the employees are working here and enjoying there work because there is no day to day interference of the Directors and Managing Directors in our day to day job life. Thirdly you take challenge and enjoy your work, you will never feel work pressure. Work pressure is everywhere but in our organization you can work independently. Initial 2/3 years I used to search for job but I no longer search for job because of job satisfaction, environment and excellent boss. Since I look after HR here also, I emphasize on my comments that all the ex employees enjoyed high salary here but in compare to their salaries they failed to deliver at least a satisfactory performance. Its very easy to criticize a company but when these so called ex employees take undo advantage by blackmailing the management and raising their salaries twice in a year, where no other corporate companies accept these. Since they forgot to mention this point, I confirm this by writing here. Those ungrateful employees who got salaries during covid period, whereas most of the companies were closed, and who got high salaries always (even some of them were not deserved) and got support from their colleagues and management, they are getting the tributes to R N FASHION / KALIGHTA by maligning the company's name. SHAME SHAME........ Just ignore the negativity....KALIGHATA is now one of the famous brand in India and few people are jealous of it.

Very bad behaviour by the employeer. Office atmosfair is very bad. Salary date are not fixed. The company sac their employee without any notice. They just playing with the employee's carreier.
