They require their staff to travel to their different office locations, each week to work. And as Guest relation executive, you had to do other pples job also at times.

Everything. Disorganized, cultureless firm. The HR and the Marketing team lead are useless. They're into hiring & firing. No one survives in the marketing team for more than 6 months as the VP makes sure that they're fired! They show our salary itself as bonus & hardly gives anu hike while you join. Never join!

toxic culture. The HR head and all HR team play toxic politics with all employees and make there life hell by telling there managers to target them. Mr Guruprasada Herle is the HR who hired and later tortures you mentally. He is not fit for that position.

- No work life balance. No regard for physical or mental health of employees - to the extent that employees are expected to show up in office while being covid positive or while having a fractured leg. - Extremely rigid and hierarchical organisational structure. Ancient and stale ways of working are preached by the leadership team who disguise themselves as leaders with a modernist and global approach. - Employees at all levels are treated as mere pawns for fulfilling the whims and fancies of the owners. There is no empathy for your personal life and zero regard for any professional opinion. Following orders with closed eyes and brains is the only acceptable way of working here. - HR is the most redundant team here. Their only KRA is to bully and harass employees into being a part of this archaic and claustrophobic system. Expect zero support while onboarding, working or exiting the company.
