Like-As a Quality Engineer, I find the work both intellectually stimulating and impactful. I am responsible for ensuring that all machinery and components meet the highest quality standards. It’s satisfying to know that the work I do directly contributes to the reliability and safety of the machinery that is used in projects around varied locations.

Dislike-The role comes with a significant amount of pressure to meet strict quality standards and deadlines. The machinery must meet exacting specifications to ensure safety and performance, and this can sometimes lead to stressful situations. There is a constant need for vigilance to catch any defects or quality issues, which can be challenging.

I like good work cultute and good atmisphere but some people are reacted its not good way because some body is think he is very intelegents and working not good well and doing some where mistake and some times some people are doing mischief behaviour attitude with empolyes and salary incrtment is very poor company should think about people . I hope hr department will think about management . I have lot of experince in my 10 years carrier .. Regards Ashish

I am proud to be a part of RMX JOSS. I'm still growing. Haven't seen a dynamic leader than Mr. Mehta. He's a genius and brings in lot of positive energy and vibes that brings the best in an individual. Ofcourse complete management is good. They motivate everyone to perform better.
