Poor management, No one cares for the employee, no task they have, hire and forget and then any day can say to leave the company without even giving notice period. Stay where you are, Dont even think to join this company.

They hire people without any planning & then they don't align any task to them, The person keep on asking for the task and don't even get response from his Reporting Manager, Height of Ignorance, Person get frustrated and start looking for other opportunities, The HR is the WORST DEPARTMENT, they dont know ABC of the HR, They are still working like 1947 where they call people on last day of the month and say either to accept Termination letter or resign on the spot. The Location is in Outskirt and the staff will make you feel so dry that you will think to Quit on day one itself, HR will hire and then will forget about you, they dont care if you are ok, your RM is aligned with you but yes at the time of firing they will sit on your head. The company need to change lot of things if they wanted to grow

The CEO (Mr. Abhinav R) is very energetic and true a true leader. His strategic thinking is visionary, always two steps of industry trends. He leads by example inspiring team to push boundaries & innovate. Under his leadership co. has achieved significant milestones in previous and continues to grow exponentially.

Dislikes

Every co. has room for improvement. But the RMX is proactive in addressing the concern when raised.

Likes

It's overall a best industry in my opinion and I even started my carrier here and worked for around 10 years. I don't care what people says about RMX, but I can clearly say that I learned a lot here and almost in every area especially with the support of top management. Opportunities here are limit less, but depends how do you grab them.

Politics is everywhere even in families now a days, so it's normal. :-p

Rmx is a good company especially the CEO of the company was highly inspirational. Work life balance was also okay as it was 6 days working.

Dislikes

There are few people in top of the management who never want tgis company to grow as they are just fullfilling their needs. RMX has te potential to touch the sky but the barriers will never allow this to be happen as they have all the controls in their hands.
