There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. And also salary hikes are very bad literally negligible hikes and company policies are also too bad. Growth will be nothing if you work here. HR department also too bad. They don't resolve your issues and problems. If you want lead a good career then please don't join in this company.

Nothing good,wrost company i ever seen worked more than 3.5 year,no increment,no satisfaction, HR management wrost,Plant head wrost,even didn't give experience letter as well as deduct 1 month salary only behalf of that we denying to do work from office during notice period,they never understand your condition,wrost company seen ever,never join this company.

We have got salary time to time and also the work has not been stopped for a single day. All possible facilities were provided to us by company to work ease. Working culture is good to work with team.

There is only one concern which I have and that is salary and growth. We don't have another s/w knowledge in GIS except Cartopia and Coronado.

I like the salary in rmsi but they don't behave like professionals

Toxic work culture, even leads like gangadhar and other trainers who does have proficiency and all the trainers don't have subject knowledge of apple maps and they behave like freshly passed out students

No salary growth No position growth No skill growth No learning Higher management is like bosses not leader. After 5 year you feel stuck in you feel you have nothing, no skill nothing.
