Asper work, nature of office is good. No pressure on work. Going smoothly.

Mainly each and every one has trabule salary issue. Like cuttings are heavy to others company. Peoples are mainly joined cause of work from home.this is the main advantage of RMSI. Somebody people have WFH. Somebody have wfo. It's not good.

Worst management remaining suffer only senior candidates and salary hikes are not good and incentives also

Salary is decent growth is very slow, company not saying at the time of accepting the offer it just like commitment like general processes but at resigning process management says it is a bond this is very froud

...should provide additional services like library, trainings, certifications, etc. Salary appraisal isn't upto the mark, company should rethink about this. Along with this if company wants to hire best resources of the market then they should revise their hiring process.

Salary, appraisal should please employee so that employees can work even more dedicatedly.

... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

Salary comes on time. Job security.

No work culture, no learning, no work life balance. Seniors always start project wihtout knowing the actual requirement and then juniors have to update and fix their bugs. Junior employees are like slave they will have to work any time whatever weekend or night time you have to ready to work. And get appreciation. Only seniors and lead will get appraisal. Too much politics. Seniors will get WFH any time but no policy for juniors.
