... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

Salary comes on time. Job security.

Dislikes

No work culture, no learning, no work life balance. Seniors always start project wihtout knowing the actual requirement and then juniors have to update and fix their bugs. Junior employees are like slave they will have to work any time whatever weekend or night time you have to ready to work. And get appreciation. Only seniors and lead will get appraisal. Too much politics. Seniors will get WFH any time but no policy for juniors.

WORK FROM HOME is better option for Rmsi, The Salary what was we getting Approximately basic salaries are managing in work from home Only, If Office Opens We cannot manage this Salary. We are very dissatisfied with less hike for every time

Salary Hikes are getting very less for Experience and Good Performance Associates also in Rmsi

We have got salary time to time and also the work has not been stopped for a single day. All possible facilities were provided to us by company to work ease. Working culture is good to work with team.

There is only one concern which I have and that is salary and growth. We don't have another s/w knowledge in GIS except Cartopia and Coronado.

I like the salary in rmsi but they don't behave like professionals

Toxic work culture, even leads like gangadhar and other trainers who does have proficiency and all the trainers don't have subject knowledge of apple maps and they behave like freshly passed out students
