WORK FROM HOME is better option for Rmsi, The Salary what was we getting Approximately basic salaries are managing in work from home Only, If Office Opens We cannot manage this Salary. We are very dissatisfied with less hike for every time

... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

I like the salary in rmsi but they don't behave like professionals

Toxic work culture, even leads like gangadhar and other trainers who does have proficiency and all the trainers don't have subject knowledge of apple maps and they behave like freshly passed out students

No salary growth No position growth No skill growth No learning Higher management is like bosses not leader. After 5 year you feel stuck in you feel you have nothing, no skill nothing.

Office culture and work environment is good. People here are supportive.

1-No or Less Salary Increament. 2- No value of Experience and Designation. 3- No Fair appraisal 4- If you work here and your project deliver on time but now you work for new client then there is no value for last work. Here leader work for their own work not for company. 5- designation and work can be change as per management verbally only not documented. So there is no increament based on new designation because not documented. 6-there is no specific criteria of joining. 12th passout student can join.
