Located in a decent work place

Dislikes

Not providing the full bonus amount, in the scence which is a cutting of salary in every month. Also not providing salary in notice period if so they will provide it post 45 days of end of day. Higher authorities even don't know that who can be a team leader, the one who obeys every thing which is also wrong/un usefull could become as emporer. They even don't know to proper communicate too.

... The work environment is worse. They just want people to work without any leave. They make person work more but pay less and no respect at all. Treat junior employees like trash. Whoever is on higher positions will get respect and benefits.

We have got salary time to time and also the work has not been stopped for a single day. All possible facilities were provided to us by company to work ease. Working culture is good to work with team.

1-No or Less Salary Increament. 2- No value of Experience and Designation. 3- No Fair appraisal 4- If you work here and your project deliver on time but now you work for new client then there is no value for last work. Here leader work for their own work not for company. 5- designation and work can be change as per management verbally only not documented. So there is no increament based on new designation because not documented. 6-there is no specific criteria of joining. 12th passout student can join.

Help regarding FnF clearance.

I resigned from RMSI and agreed to serve the required 90-day notice period. However, before completing the full notice period, I was asked to leave after 63 days, as the project with the client had ended. I was formally relieved after signing the necessary documents, and there were no negative remarks from either the client or my employer. Now, RMSI has informed me that it will take 45 days to process my full and final settlement, including my last month's salary. This delay is causing significant stress. Is there any way to expedite this process or a solution to address this delay?
