Two Senior managers (Nitha and Sreeraj from assessment master) who were playing very cheap politics. Some team members thinks they are holding RM on their head. Those kind of bad work culture

Likes

Since RM is a product based company, beginners will get ambient time to learn skills. Most of the colleagues are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisal and salary is far low for each positions compared to the market rate. There is also severe disparity when it comes to packages for existing employees. Work life balance is not at all good, most of the times u have to over work to claim enough points in a week. Even if u work perfectly for 2 or more years, u could easily end up in PIP, If u did'nt claim enough points in a month, which is pressurising.

They provide salary on time and for girls they dont allow to seat after working hours.

Dislikes

There is no skill development, No official promotions, salary offered on the bases of employees response or behaviour...Hardworking and smart employees will not get good hike and promotions, these people being judged in the office. Some seniors male and female from past few years playing mind games and contneously disturbed workholic person.

Likes

Get an opportunity to work in new technologies. We can grow our technical skills and freedom to explore the same. We should involve in multi tasking which always helps to develop our skills. Also get a chance to travel abroad for supporting customer.

Dislikes

Appraisal and Salary hikes are very poor.

Apart from a quiet environment to work there's noting great about this company.

Dislikes

You won't get actual experience for the job role you're selected for. You'll have to deal with high workload, office politics, micro-managing, unsolicited advises, minimal pay etc.
