based on my experience, I would not recommend other employees join RKV Company. It is important to note that the company has a practice of delaying salary payments, sometimes up to three months.

I work for RKV infrastructure pvt ltd under DLF THE GARDEN Project PANCHKULA HARYANA. I have my worst experience in this company. My Senior staff members DPM Mr Saroj & GM Joginder Singh treat me and other staff members like we are labour person, they don't have sense to speak and act like they are GOD of site, I have BTech in Civil engineering with 7 year building construction but they use abusive language not only with me. Last Month June 2023, 14 Staff members leave company just because of there unwanted Behavior, I don't blame RKV company for this, they provide me everything but they choose wrong person to handle this project. There is difference in educated person and Forman type person, RKV handover there project to Forman type Seniors. There is lots of things but I don't Wana waste my time to explain. Because there no 1 who take stick action and 1 day there is will no staff work in this project
