Salary late 2-3 months... No one talks about promotion and increment.... Dumb HR department..... Worst management...... No job security....

I would like to change for further growth and as per of today's demand for family support those were possible after jump in new sector

There is no pf provided salary on cash as in acount transfer and no time limit of work

Opportunity to lead the team from front and you are given freedom to prove your talent, At RK Your actions and results are judged and closely monitored by mgmt. and accordingly are appraised. Team members are supportive mgmt is reachable to address your concerns.

Dislikes

Apart from salary and festival bonus ,we do no have other benefits or facilities. But you are well paid and you are appraised fairly .

..., there teammates are good for all time and work with all members, there is not secure for life and job, salary is negotiable and in-hand cash payment, accommodation not available, no more facilities, no more response, no more respect, environment is less comfortable.

Dislikes

There is no any respect, no more responsibility, no more facilities, accommodation not available, salary slip not giving, salary giving very late, life is not secure, work environment hoggish,not systematic work.

Company is overall good and there is job security. But is basically an electrical company

Dislikes

Only one drawback and that is the company gives salary after 15th date of the month. It means company keeps 15 days salary
