If talking about company personal experience.
Never trust company CEO and Higher staff.
As per starting time I am personally called by MD at site office & give verbally promise to increament of 15000 rs to salary if I archived my goal but after archived goal nobody care who are you another hand they only increase 15 more work plan not salary and when I ask about increment they said I don't remember you have to written down and take sign for proof..
Just which employee can ask manager and MD to give me a proof that you written down and sign..........
All about they care only is work not person ......
Management is very very desaster and horable which is no response and no support, to much burden of work and if u work hard and good work then no one appreciate and encourage you.........😔😔😔
I request to the M.D and CEO please take some action

RKC has a vision for using the latest construction technology and believes in quality work. The engineering design division can be considered as the best thing in the company. I can be the best place if you wish to dedicate your career purely in highway construction.
RKC is typically a small business company transforming into a large business. The owner has the vision for machinery and maintaining long-term quality works but lacks the vision for employees. RKC did not have leave policies which is technically against the law. Later they introduced a few leaves but way less than the standards. Lack of leaves cuts you off socially from the world. New employees are tried and experimented upon and follow the rule of survival of the fittest within a year after they realize where they have been working. There is no designated HR for the company.The company doesn't value its hard-working employees and is always understaffed. Since you have to work at-least 9-10 hours per day at office and 10-16 hours when sent to site, the work-life balance goes out of hand and there is no time for anything apart from work.
