Wrost experience ever. An arrogant, chaotic and poor work environment. I hardly suggest to refuse any job offer if you are looking for an organised and good work environment.

Dislikes

In three+ years at this company I have seen everything..... from disrespect for religious beliefs, to send back home (2 hours) professionals with a long career in this company. Really untrustworthy with basically no HR management.

Company is great by all kind of parameters. An organisation as transparent as water with no politics at all.I wish, i could have given 5 stars rating for all the parameters but for job security, i have to give 4 stars not for the sake that job is not secure, it is akways secure as long as they have jobs in hand but since, company only takes mega projects, hence after every 4-5 years, there is always a gap of sometime when there is no work but again, this is applicable to all spectrum of organisations. Over all an outstanding organization.

Good work with management team. Company policies are very good and good knowledge with engineers. Very good time of salaries. No extra bonus with company.

When completed project no given any extra bonus.

Your boss always appreciate uour work and if you work good. Company recomend that.

Some time you will get differentiate because of your nationality. Package difference between Asian and European is huge.

Working culture is good. I m very thankful our senior & HR department and i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow and work pressure is very high always.
