There are very less people in Riya to help, support and understand other

Dislikes

No growth ,No salary hike,Heavy work pressure,and Management is very poor not even thinking about their employees satisfaction,All head management created Mafia here even we can't raise our voice.If we raise our voice also all the head management is one and they start finding out previous faults to close our mouth. I would say no use of talking to magement regarding our issues.looking for better opportunities and good company now to quit Riya

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
